Testing
Our manufacturing facilities are state-of-the-art, and our in-process checks ensure that our equipment and procedures continue to function properly. As the product is prepared, we monitor it closely and inspect it at virtually every step along the way. Particle sizes are checked for proper ingredient grinding profile, and moisture, expansion and density are assessed on an ongoing basis.

Our finished product goes through several additional testing stages to ensure it adheres to our quality and safety standards. Ingredients are tested for microbiological activity, and the food is screened yet again for key nutrients to verify that all product design criteria are met.

Traceability
Our traceability system has been developed to record the path of a particular product from the raw material arriving at the manufacturing facility, through all the intermediate processing steps, to the finished product that is supplied to you, our customer. Quality control and lot traceability are integrated into our processing and warehousing systems so that we can trace a finished product back to its source.

Certification
We take pride in providing you with ingredients that are both natural and organic. Our products do not contain synthetic fertilizers or pesticides,genetically modified organisms (GMO), hormones, or antibiotics, and our manufacturing facilities have received organic certification from Pro-Cert Systems Inc.
